About This Event

From traditional Māori poi spinning to today’s dazzling LED and fire shows, poi is one of the simplest and most fun forms of flow art.
A poi is simply a weight attached to a cord… that’s it! so all you have to do is start swinging.

We’ll begin with basic movements, finding the rhythm of the music, and gradually build up to more dynamic patterns as you gain confidence and get into the flow.

This beginner-friendly workshop will be led in English by an amateur yet experienced fire and flow artist.
